This is where Moyers Sound Solutions’ Proactive Service and Training program comes in. To prevent system failure, our highly skilled and trained professionals will perform bi-monthly examinations of your AVL systems to verify that all system components are operating and serviced properly. We will insure that your operators are equipped with the advanced skills necessary for professional and effective systems operation.

Here is a sampling of services provided on a bi-monthly basis:

* Just like any light bulb, projector bulbs have an expected operating time, called lamp life. Moyers Sound Solutions will proactively check bulb life in your projectors and advise you when they are in need of replacing, preventing possible projector failure at critical times.
* We will install the latest software and firmware updates for all system processors, control systems and operating systems.
* Clean or replace all air filters in power amplifiers and video projectors.
* Cleaning and Dusting of Equipment.
* Video and Audio Calibration.
* Confirm all speaker drivers are working and in spec.
* General Inspection of the Installation.
* Adjust the projectors setup parameters to insure proper screen fill, color and brightness.
* Continued education and training of your technical staff and volunteers.
